Facing life with courage leads to success

In all ancestral tradition they are always secrets guarded jealously throughout times for the only use of the very few initiated. Those people are the keepers of the secrets in relation to their origin, the origin of a race, a tribe , a country or a continent. The oldest continent on earth is Africa and many of its mysteries are still veiled and this is where comes in the secrets of sacred African Tam Tam. How this continent had and has suffered so much and yet being able to stand in its feet; are due in parts to its sacred rites, the tam tam formed part of it. Its use is well spread across the continent despite the enormous amount of different tribes who formed it.

Every pueblo has its habits and ways to face the tough difficulties of existence and Africa is a suffered one. One of the way its people have to maintain a positive attitude and natural cheerfulness in face of hardship is by the use of beats, rhythms , sacred African tam tam. Sacred rite such as the one used by African, through the use of tam tam is a means of liberating the energy of the subconscious mind by the effects of especial beats and rhythms, which allow the listeners or participants to enter a state of lucid trance which in normal circumstances is not possible. The vibrations produced in those ceremonial dances are a positive manner of letting go of all fears and conscious tensions to focus on the desired solution of whatever one needs.

It is known that the mind reproduces what our emotions color most, be it joy or fear and this had been known of all times by the guides and masters of ceremonies of that part of the world. They employed this technique to liberate emotional blocks which do not help in achieving the results sought for in any endeavor or goal. Rhythmic dance, especial beats and sound are combined to create state of consciousness from where everything is just possible. In so doing reminding the self that life should be faced with faith and cheerfulness, a reason for the natural warmth of its people apart from the sun the eternal companion of those horizons.

Actually many universal traditions used the same technique such as the Dervishes of Turkey the dancing mystics, also called Sufi.

Sacred beats, dance and rhythms is as old as the world itself and had been used by all the traditions, from South to East. Today we unconsciously practice it to some extent by going to the Disco or ball, just to forget a little our daily routine and drown ourselves in a little transitory joy or mental escapism. In an attempt to reach the former height of liberation and feelings of peace and force, many modern men end up using drugs, which is not and will never be the substitute of something intrinsic to man, Rhythms.
